The doors are unlocked and open to the public from Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. (Excluding Stat holidays)

If your clients need access outside of these hours, you must let them into the building via your key card.

You will be added to our booking system and will be able to book appointments through this portal.

Or, you can book through our receptionist.

There are a couple of parking options you can choose from!

We offer:

  • Underground, heated, fob secured parking stalls for $290/month + GST
  • Designated back alley stalls for $200/month + GST

Other options:

  • Street parking on 10 Avenue 
  • Impark parking lots on 10 Avenue and 11 Avenue
  • Hardline Internet Connection: $40/month + GST

  • Outdoor Pylon Signage: $150-$200/month + GST
